Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Policy
Management at Micas Investments Limited recognizes that the health and safety of its employees’ is their wealth. To this effect, Management has put in place, a reasonably,practicable Occupational Health and Environmental Policies that we live by. We have a Red Cross approved first aid kit and four trained first aiders. All employees are required to undergo first aid training and basic fire fighting techniques. We have established the following objectives pertaining to Health, Safety and Environment issues

Consider safety in regard to operations, human health and respect for the environment

No product launch may be undertaken without prior assessment of risks to health, safety and the environment.

We select our suppliers with a bias towards the ability to comply with our health, safety and environment policies

We comply with all existing Laws and By Laws and regulations that govern wherever we operate from

Appropriate health, safety and environmental issues undergo regular evaluation, involving measurement of performance against set standards.

Emergency facilities have been provided to effectively respond in event of personal injuries,
damage to property and other unforeseen accidents.
